Pace Solutions (Madras)

You can find us at P-157, New No. 25, on 94th Street in the 15th Sector of KK Nagar. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but we have been in this part of Chennai for a good while. Pace Solutions (Madras) isn't a big corporate giant. We are just a local operation. The street is usually quiet compared to the main roads, which we like. We do various types of solution-based work for businesses. It involves a lot of sitting at desks and talking on the phone. Sometimes we have to go out to meet people at their sites. KK Nagar is a nice area, very green, but the humidity still gets to you. Our office is practical. We have chairs that might squeak a bit and stacks of files that need sorting. We don't have a fancy receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. We handle things as they come. There isn't a grand plan or a complicated hierarchy here. We just know what needs to be done for our clients and we do it. Some days are stressful when deadlines are close. Other days we have time to sit and have a long coffee break. It feels like a small family here most of the time. We aren't trying to change the world. We are just trying to provide decent work and keep our customers coming back to us for help.
