Our Land Engineering Works

We are located in the Pearl Plaza Complex on Bala Vinayaga Koil Street. Our unit is 48 D/41. It’s a workspace where we handle various engineering repairs and fabrication tasks. You’ll find lots of metal scraps and welding tools around the floor. It’s not the cleanest place because of all the oil and iron filings. We spend most of our time at the lathes or with the welding torch. People from the neighborhood bring in all sorts of broken machinery for us to look at. Sometimes it’s a simple fix, and other times we have to figure out a way to make a new part from scratch. It’s loud in the complex when the machines are running full tilt. We’ve got a couple of guys who know their way around an engine. We don’t have any fancy reception area, just a desk with a lot of papers and some old calendars. The street outside is narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just focus on getting the metalwork done correctly. It’s physical labor and we go home pretty tired. We've seen a lot of businesses come and go in this building, but we just keep doing our thing. It’s honest work, and we like the challenge of fixing something that looks like it’s beyond repair. Nothing complicated about how we run things here. We just work on what comes through the door.
