OUO Developers is up on the 4th floor of Tower-I in Shakti Towers. That’s at No: 766 Annasalai, which is basically the heart of Chennai. Working on Annasalai is quite something because the traffic never really stops. You can hear the horns even from the 4th floor sometimes. Our office is in the C-I section. It’s a bit more formal than a field office, but it’s still pretty lived-in with stacks of files and maps of the city everywhere. We spend a lot of time in meetings here, talking to architects or looking at land records. Shakti Towers is a big place, so we see a lot of people from different businesses in the elevator every day. Parking can be a real nightmare if you don't get in early, so most of us try to reach before the rush. We deal with development projects across the city, so this central location helps us get around, even if the driving is slow. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. Mostly just calendars and some pictures of buildings we’ve worked on. It’s a busy office, and there is always someone coming in with a delivery or a set of plans to sign. Being in such a well-known building makes it easy for people to find us, which is a plus. We just go about our business and try to keep things moving forward.
