Orange Township Developers Private Limited is based out of No.61 in Logaiah Colony, specifically on the 5th Cross Street in Saligramam. Saligramam is a well-known part of Chennai, and we’ve made our home here for our development work. We spend most of our time looking at land and figuring out how to turn it into townships. It’s a lot of back and forth with different departments and lots of site visits. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties every day. Usually, we are in casual clothes because we spend a lot of time out in the heat. Our office in Logaiah Colony is where we regroup and handle the administrative side of things. It’s a lived-in space with stacks of drawings and blueprints everywhere. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to build things that work for people. Sometimes we run into problems with construction or permits, but that is just part of the game. We deal with it as it comes. The 5th Cross Street is usually pretty calm, which is nice when you need to concentrate on a complicated plan. We’ve got a small crew of dedicated people who have been with us for a while. We treat each other like family and that's how we treat the people we work with too. It’s a practical way to run a business in this city.
