You can find us at Orange Hitech Developers Private Limited on Thiru Neelagandan 3rd Street. We are located in Kanchiarul Nagar, which is part of the Kavangarai area. It is just a regular residential neighborhood, not a fancy business district. Our office is at No. 2, and it is usually full of papers, rulers, and a few old chairs. We spend our time looking at floor plans and talking to contractors on the phone. Most of the work is about figuring out how to turn a patch of dirt into a place where people can actually live. It sounds easy enough, but there are always plenty of headaches when it comes to getting everything to fit together. Sometimes the local kids are playing right outside while we are trying to count bags of cement or check the budget. We are not some big-city firm with polished shoes and expensive suits. We usually have some dust on our clothes from visiting the latest site. Kavangarai is growing quite fast, and we are just one of the small teams helping that happen bit by bit.
