You can find us at New No. 18, which used to be Old No. 19, on Gulam Abbas Alikhan Street. It's right there in the Thousand Lights area of Chennai. Being in 1st Street puts us in a busy spot, but we like it. We work as developers, which mostly means we're looking at maps and talking to contractors all day. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the right people show up at the right time. Our office isn't anything special, just a place to keep the plans and have a seat. Chennai is a fast place and we try to keep up with the changes. We’ve seen buildings go up and come down in this neighborhood over the years. It’s just us and a few staff members trying to stay organized. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming with all the regulations, but that's just the business. We don't put out fancy ads or try to sound like we're huge. We're just local people who know the local land. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out at a site checking on progress. It's not always easy, especially when the heat is high or the supplies are late. We just keep pushing through. It's a steady job and we take pride in just getting it done without making a big fuss or using fancy words for things.
