Our office is in a building called Suraj Kunj. It’s got two numbers, New No. 18 and Old No. 8, which sometimes confuses people who aren't from around this part of Chennai. We are located on 5th Street at Rutland Gate in Nungambakkam. It’s a well-known part of the city, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. OM VIDYA LAKSHMI REALTY LLP is basically just a few of us working together in this small space. Nungambakkam is a pretty central area, so it’s easy for us to get around when we need to visit other parts of Chennai. The office itself is pretty plain. We haven't spent much time decorating or making it look like a high-end corporate suite. It’s just a place to sit down and handle the daily business. We deal with a lot of different things throughout the day, mostly involving real estate details and talking to people on the phone. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit crowded with cars, especially in the afternoons, but that’s expected here. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We are just local people doing a job. We show up, drink our tea, and get to work on the files. It’s a steady pace that works for us. We like being in Suraj Kunj because it feels like a solid place to be based. There’s no need for anything more than that. We just do the work.
