OM SHANTA LAKSHMI INFRASTRUCTURES LLP is located at Suraj Kunj in Nungambakkam. Our office is on Rutland Gate, 5th Street, specifically New No. 18, which used to be Old No. 8. It can be a bit confusing for delivery people sometimes. Chennai is a big place, but Nungambakkam feels like home to us. We handle a lot of infrastructure work from this little spot. The office isn't very large, but it’s where all the planning happens. We deal with various construction projects across Tamil Nadu. Usually, it's a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the job sites. We drink a lot of tea while looking over schedules and materials. Every day is a bit different. One day we are talking about foundations, and the next it’s something else entirely. We have been around for some time, just doing our bit in the local building scene. 5th Street is usually quiet enough to get work done, but Nungambakkam is always moving. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It's just a handful of us making sure the projects we take on get finished. We like being in this part of the city. It's convenient for meeting people and getting to different parts of Chennai. We focus on the practical side of things, making sure the work is solid and the details are handled. It's basic work but someone has to do it.
