Our office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for what we need. We handle infrastructure projects, which means we are often dealing with a lot of moving parts. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. Sometimes it feels like we are just moving piles of paper from one side of the desk to the other, but it all leads to something being built. We aren't interested in sounding like a big company. We are just a local team. We know the streets around here and we know how things work in Tamil Nadu. Some days the office is quiet, and other days it’s total chaos with people coming in and out. We just take it as it comes. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar with a lot of dates circled. Most of our time is spent making sure the projects are moving forward. It’s not always smooth, and we have our fair share of headaches. But we like the work and we like being in Nungambakkam. It’s a good place to be based. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs. That is the way we operate.
