OM KASHTHAA LAKSHMI PROJECTS LLP

Our place is over at Suraj Kunj, which is New No. 18 on Rutland Gate 5th Street in Nungambakkam. It is an old part of Chennai with lots of trees and big houses, and our office is right in the middle of it. OM KASHTHAA LAKSHMI PROJECTS LLP is the name of our firm. The building itself has a lot of history, and you can tell by the high ceilings and the thick walls. It stays a bit cooler inside because of that, which is nice during the summer months. Our office is full of desks that are piled high with project files and drawing rolls. We have a small crew of people who have been here for years. We know each other's habits, like who likes their tea with too much sugar and who always forgets to turn off their computer. The 5th Street is usually quiet, but parking is always a bit of a puzzle every morning. We don't have any shiny brochures or fancy websites. Most of our work comes from people who already know us. We spend the day going through emails, making calls, and checking on the progress of various tasks. It’s a very grounded way of working. There is a small garden area out front that we try to keep tidy, though the city dust makes it hard. We just focus on the daily grind and try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible.
