Our office is located in Good Shepherd Square, right on the 6th floor. It’s at number 86 on Kodambakkam High Road in Nungambakkam. It’s a busy part of Chennai, and there is always something going on downstairs. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and the 6th floor gives us a bit of a break from the street noise. We do housing work, which means we are constantly dealing with contractors, suppliers, and people looking for a new place to stay. It’s a lot of logistics. Some days we are stuck in the office doing accounts and planning, and other days we are out at the sites getting our shoes dusty. We try to keep things simple and honest. There’s no point in making things sound more complicated than they are. We just build houses. The area around Nungambakkam is great for business because everything is close by, but finding parking for visitors is always a bit of a headache. We have a small team here, so everyone knows each other’s business and we help out where it’s needed. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or big meetings; we’d rather just get the houses built and move on to the next project. It’s steady work and it keeps the lights on, and that’s plenty for us.
