Om Ashtalakshmi Homes LLP is based on the 6th floor of Good Shepherd Square. We are right on Kodambakkam High Road in Nungambakkam. It’s number 86, and being in the heart of Chennai means it’s always lively around the building. We spend our days going through site reports and making sure the supplies are arriving on time. Our office isn’t a showroom. It’s a place where we actually work. There are files everywhere and the desks are usually covered in notes. We don’t bother with corporate talk or trying to sound more important than we are. We are just a local team building homes for people. Sometimes the traffic on Kodambakkam High Road makes us late for meetings, but everyone in Chennai knows how that is. We try to be practical about everything. If a project has a snag, we sit down and figure out how to get past it. There isn't any magic to what we do, just a lot of hours and paying attention to the details. We’ve been in this 600034 area for a while and we know the neighborhood inside out. We just want to do our jobs, go home to our families, and come back the next day to do it again. It’s a basic approach, but it keeps us focused on what actually matters. No fancy titles, just hard work.
