Ohm Shreem Developers Llp is located over in Anna Nagar West, specifically at 3014/3 on the 13th Main Road, Y Block. If you've ever tried to park around 6th Street, you know how tricky it can get, especially when the schools let out or during the evening rush. Our office is right in the thick of it. It’s a standard setup with a few computers, some sturdy chairs, and a lot of folders stacked on the shelves. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. We spend a lot of time here looking at blueprints and answering the phone. There is a small tea stall just a few doors down where we get our morning fix, and the smell of ginger tea often drifts in through the window. It’s a busy part of town, but inside, we just focus on the work at hand. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that; you just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. Sometimes the power fluctuates and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living in this area. We like being in Anna Nagar because everything is close by, even if the traffic is a bit much. It’s where we do our thing, day in and day out, dealing with land and buildings without any of the fancy corporate talk.
