You can find N.S.D HOMES & PROPERTY DEVELOPER'S PRIVATE LIMITED over in the TVS Colony area of Anna Nagar West Extension. We are at No.1076B in the Snehalaya building on 48th Street. It’s a busy neighborhood and there is always something going on. We’ve been working from this office for quite a while. It’s not a very big place, but it’s enough for what we need. We spend most of our time trying to coordinate between different workers and making sure we have enough materials for our various sites. Building homes is a lot of work and there are always surprises that we didn't plan for. Sometimes a pipe leaks or a delivery doesn't show up, and we have to scramble to fix it. We don't have a corporate structure with a lot of bosses. We just have a few of us who have been doing this for years and know how to get things done. We don't use a lot of fancy words or try to impress anyone with big talk. We just show up every morning, drink our tea, and start working on whatever project is currently on the desk. It’s a practical way to live and we’re happy with it. We like being part of the community here in 600101 and seeing the houses we’ve worked on being lived in.
