Nirmaan Civicare

Nirmaan Civicare is based out of J.P Nagar in Surapet. The address is 60 J.P Nagar, right in the Puzhal area. We’ve been here for a good bit now, working on various civic and construction projects. It’s a growing part of town, so there is always something going on with roads or buildings. Our office is pretty modest. We spend most of our time out on sites anyway, so the office is mainly for paperwork and meetings. Surapet has changed quite a bit since we first set up here. You can see new things popping up all the time. We try to stay on top of the local needs when it comes to maintenance and repairs. It’s hard work and often dusty, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t go in for big speeches about what we do. We just show up and get to it. Sometimes the traffic in Puzhal can be a bit of a headache when we’re trying to move equipment, but we manage. The team is mostly local people who know these streets well. We’ve got a routine that works for us. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a group of us trying to do decent work for the city and its people. If you’re in the J.P Nagar area, you’ll likely see our trucks or us moving around. We have our yard where we keep the materials and a small space where we drink tea and plan out the next day’s schedule.
