You can find us over at No.111, on the 3rd Main Road in Sadasivam Nagar. Madipakkam is a busy part of Chennai, and we are right in the thick of it. NGPROCON is basically just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. The office is on a street that gets quite a bit of traffic, especially in the mornings. We have a couple of computers that have seen better days and a lot of files that need organizing. Chennai is hot most of the year, so the AC in the office is usually running as hard as it can. We deal with various project consultancy and construction details. It is mostly about looking at numbers and making sure things are built the way they are supposed to be. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. Most people find out about us just by seeing the sign or hearing from someone else in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and trying to get materials delivered on time, which is never as easy as it sounds. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, eating snacks from the shop around the corner. It is a simple life here in Madipakkam. We try to be honest about what can be done and how long it will take. No big promises, just the daily grind of project work.
