East Coast Group

You can find the East Coast Group over at No. 2/725 Kazura Garden in Neelankarai. Being near the coast means we get a nice breeze sometimes, which is a real relief in the Chennai heat. Neelankarai is a bit quieter than the middle of the city, and we like it that way. Our office is in a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate office. It’s more like working from a home that happens to be a business. Kazura Garden is a pretty nice spot, with some trees and less noise from the main Ecr road. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The office is usually full of maps, papers, and the sound of people talking over the phone. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, one of us just gets up to answer the door. We keep things very informal here. Most of the time, we’re out visiting sites or meeting people, so the office can be quite empty during the middle of the day. We don't use any fancy management techniques or big words. We just talk to each other and get things done. It’s a small operation, and we like keeping it that way. We know the local shops where we get our tea and snacks. It’s a comfortable place to be, and we plan on staying here at Neelankarai for the future.
