Navins Developers

We've been over here on Anna Road for quite a while now. Navins Developers is just a small team of us working out of the office at 804. It's usually pretty busy in Nandanam, but we like the spot. People often stop by just to ask about what's going on with local building projects or to see if we have anything new on the books. It's not a fancy setup, just some desks and a lot of paper everywhere most days. We spend most of our time dealing with the practical side of things, like permits and talking to contractors. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it's quiet enough to actually get through the filing. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit in town, just doing the work that comes our way. If you're walking past the building, you'll see our sign. It's easy to find. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years from this office. There's always something to do, whether it's checking on a site or meeting someone here to go over plans. It's just the way we do things. Not much more to it than that. We just show up every morning, drink some tea, and get to work on whatever project is currently taking up the most space on the table. It keeps us busy and we're okay with that. Most of the folks who come in are regulars or people who heard about us from someone else in the area. We don't do much advertising, mostly just word of mouth.
