Natchathira Reals & Properties (Opc) Private Limited

We are over in Nerkundram, right on Samuel Colony Balwadi Street Extension. It’s a busy little area with a lot of people moving around. Being at No. 1 makes it pretty easy for folks to find us if they know the neighborhood at all. Natchathira Reals & Properties is mostly just us dealing with pieces of land and old buildings. It’s a one-person company on the papers, which is why it says OPC, but I have friends who help out when things get busy. Property work takes up a lot of time with talking and walking around to look at different plots. Sometimes it’s very tiring. The sun gets really hot here in Chennai, so we try to do the outdoor stuff early in the morning. The office is very simple. It’s just a place to keep the files in order and meet people who want to talk. We aren't doing anything flashy or expensive. Most people come to us because they live nearby or they heard about us from a neighbor at the tea shop. Nerkundram has changed a lot lately. More houses are going up every single year. We see it happening right from our front door. It’s a local business through and through. We know the streets around Samuel Colony like the back of our hands. Dealing with all the paperwork for properties takes a long time. There is always some new form to fill out or a map to check. We just take it day by day.
