NAHATA HOMES LLP

Our office is Nahata Homes LLP and we are located in Ankur Manor on the 1st floor. The address is a bit long because it has the old and new numbers, Old No. 182 and New No. 271, on Ponamallee High Road in Kilpauk. We are also right by McNichol Road. It’s a busy intersection and there is always something going on outside. Being on the first floor is handy because we don't have to wait for the lift most of the time. The office itself is full of binders and blueprints. We aren't very good at keeping things looking like a showroom. It looks like a place where people actually work. We have a small crew and we’ve been together for a long time now. Kilpauk is a good central spot for us to be. We get a lot of dust from the road, so we are always cleaning the desks. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. Mostly just some maps of the areas we are working in. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We usually have lunch together at the big table in the back. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s our life. We just try to stay on top of the projects and make sure everything is moving along as it should.
