Naaval Properties And Developers Llp is based at Plot No. 1468 on Srinivasa Nagar Main Road. We are on the ground floor, Unit G1, right at Ram Nagar North 3rd Street in Puzhuthivakkam. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don't have to deal with stairs, and people can just walk right in from the street. It’s a busy corner, and there’s always someone passing by the window. The office itself is a bit cramped because we’ve got so many files and rolls of drawings tucked into every corner. There’s a particular spot on the floor that creaks when you walk over it, and we always forget to warn people about it. We have a small corner for making coffee, though the kettle takes forever to boil. Most of our day is spent talking to clients or looking at property maps under the tube lights. It’s a real working office, not a showroom, so there might be a few tea stains on the tables and some messy piles of paper. We like the energy of Puzhuthivakkam; it feels like things are always moving. We’ve got a couple of plastic chairs for visitors and a big calendar on the wall that we use to keep track of everything. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us. We just focus on the properties and try to keep everyone on the same page without making things overly complicated.
