N Sundaresan Land Promoters Private Limited

We have been set up at No. 2/87, S.S.Koil Street in Mugalivakkam for quite a while now. It is a busy little spot in the neighborhood. Most people around here know us as N Sundaresan Land Promoters Private Limited because we are just part of the local scenery. Dealing with land plots isn't always the easiest thing to do because there is so much paperwork and checking of boundaries, but we just get on with it every single day. Usually, we are either sitting in the office or out at some dusty site meeting folks. Our office isn't anything special to look at. We don't have fancy furniture or a big glass front. It is just some desks, old chairs, and piles of maps and folders. Sometimes the local tea guy comes by and we take a quick break, which is nice. Mugalivakkam has changed a lot since we started. We have watched houses go up where there used to be just empty fields. It is a bit strange to think how much things move around. We don't really do much advertising because people usually just walk in the door or hear about us from their neighbors. If you are looking for our place, the street can be a bit tight with all the traffic, but we are easy to find once you get close to the temple. We just try to keep everything clear for everyone who comes by.
