Our place is in Nesapakkam, right at G1 in the Thiruvalluvar Apartment building. We are directly across from the CMC Hospital on Thiruvalluvar Street. It’s a busy little stretch of road with a lot of people coming and going. Having the office on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in off the street without having to search for us. We deal mostly with roofing stuff. You might see some samples of the sheets leaned up around the entrance if you drop by. It’s a regular apartment setup turned into a workspace, so it feels quite cozy compared to a big factory. The hospital across the way means there is always traffic and people moving around, even late in the day or on weekends. We are used to the noise of the city. Our team is usually busy coordinating deliveries or talking to contractors about what kind of sheets they need for their sheds or houses. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just us trying to keep things moving. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with samples, brochures, and paperwork, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical location for a roofing business because we are right in the middle of a residential and commercial mix. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us by name. We just try to get the jobs done and help people with their roofs without making a big fuss about it.
