Best Roofs

Living in Alapakkam, you know how the rain can get, so roofs are always something people are thinking about. At Best Roofs, we’ve been at No. 55 on Perumal Koil Street for a while now. It’s right off the Alapakkam Main Road. We spend most of our time out on sites, climbing up and looking at leaks or putting up new sheets. It’s hard work, especially when the sun is beating down on the metal. Our shop is where we keep the materials and the truck. We don't have a lot of people in the office because we're usually out working. Sometimes the phone rings and we can't get to it right away because we’re on a ladder, but we call back when we can. We've seen all sorts of roofs over the years, some in really bad shape. It’s satisfying to see a job finished before a big storm hits. We get our supplies from the usual places and just try to make sure everything is sturdy. We aren't some giant corporation with a big marketing budget. It’s just us doing the labor. If you walk by Perumal Koil Street, you might see us loading up the gear. We’ve lived in this area long enough to know most of the streets and how the houses were built. It’s just steady work that keeps the rain out and gives us something to do every day.
