We’ve been working out of the ground floor here at Manthena Gardens for a while now. Thilak Road is usually quite busy, so getting in and out of the 2nd Street entrance can be a bit of a squeeze depending on the time of day. Most of us at Msrk Infra Developers Llp spend our mornings looking at drawings or talking to the site crews before things get too hot outside. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical space where we can keep the files organized and meet people who need work done. My desk is usually covered in site notes and half-empty tea cups. The ground floor location is handy because people can just drop in without climbing stairs. It gets a little noisy with the street traffic right there, but we are used to it by now. We handle a lot of different infrastructure stuff, mostly things that people don't think about until they need them. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, which is frustrating, but we manage to get the work out the door anyway. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's central and everyone knows where Manthena Gardens is. The neighbors are mostly quiet, and there is a small shop nearby where we grab snacks. It’s just a normal workplace with a few desks and a lot of paper moving around. We don't have a big reception area or anything, just some chairs for when people visit to talk about their projects.
