You can find us at No. 2 on Gajendran Streetsaligramam. We are really close to the Avm Studio, which is a famous landmark in this part of town. Our office is more like a workspace where we keep our samples and handle all the paperwork for the marketing side of things. It’s a quiet enough street, though you get the usual Chennai bustle once you head toward the main road. We deal with various types of packaging machinery and sealing equipment. A lot of small business owners come to us when they are just starting out and need a way to pack their products. We show them how the machines work right here in the office. It’s not a fancy showroom, just a place where we can sit down and figure out what someone actually needs. The staff here is small but we’ve worked together for a long time. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we go through the daily orders. Sometimes the deliveries take up the whole hallway, but we clear it out pretty fast. It feels like a neighborhood business because we know the local shops and the people who walk by every day. We don't do much advertising; most people find us because they heard about us from someone else in the area. Being near the studio means there is always something happening around us, which keeps the day from being boring.
