It is a nice enough spot in Chennai, away from the worst of the main road noise. Our work revolves around property management and land, so we are often juggling different tasks at once. We aren't a massive corporation with a fancy lobby. We just have a couple of rooms where we sit and talk through the day's work. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the local shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick lunch. It can get pretty busy during the peak months when everyone seems to want to buy or sell at the same time. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the paperwork is in order and the clients are told the truth about what is happening. It is a practical business. We don't spend much on decorations because we are usually too busy working to notice them anyway. It is just about getting the job done right.
