You can find us at No.11-A on First Street East in Abiramapuram. This is in the Mylapore area which is a very old and established part of the city. Miy Constructions Private Limited operates from this little corner. Working in Mylapore is interesting because the streets are narrow and you have to be careful when bringing in big trucks with loads of steel or cement. It takes a bit of planning to make sure we don't block the neighbors' cars for too long. We spend our time managing different sites around here. It is mostly about renovations or small new builds. The heat in the afternoon can be tough but we usually find some shade to talk over the plans. We are just a small team trying to get things done right. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door on First Street. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up and we have to spend a Saturday morning catching up in the office. It’s a lot of phone calls to plumbers and electricians to see why they are late. But that is just how the building trade goes. We like being in Abiramapuram. It feels like home and we know the people around here. We just keep our focus on the bricks and mortar every single day and try to finish our jobs on time.
