Our office is tucked away in 1-F, PTR Apartments, which is at 153 Habibullah Road in T. Nagar. It’s a bit unusual being in an apartment building, but it works for what we do at Millmore Engineering. The street outside is usually full of traffic, as anyone who knows T. Nagar can tell you. Inside, it’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of technical drawings spread out. We spend our hours looking at designs and figuring out how things are going to be built. It’s not all hammers and wrenches here; a lot of it is just planning and talking through problems. Sometimes clients come by to discuss their projects, and we sit around the big table in the main room. The apartment setup makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a cold office tower. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make tea and coffee during the day. It’s a professional setup, but we don't bother with suits unless there’s a really big meeting. Most of the time, we’re just in our regular clothes, focused on the engineering work. We’ve been at this Habibullah Road spot for a while now. The building is older, but it’s solid. We like the location because everything is close by, even if parking is a nightmare. It’s a straightforward engineering business. We take on jobs, work out the details, and make sure the math adds up before anything gets built.
