Midori Green LLP is located at Whispering Heights on Saint Marys Road. We are up on level 8 of the block in Alwarpet. It’s a good spot in Chennai, even if the lift is a bit slow sometimes. The office is where we handle the planning and the paperwork. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people trying to get things done right. You won’t find us wearing suits most days. We’re usually in casual clothes, looking at plans or talking on our mobiles. It gets pretty hectic around here, especially when multiple things are happening at once. We don't have a receptionist to filter calls, so you usually get through to one of us directly. We like being in Alwarpet because it's central and we can get to our sites fairly quickly. The office has a lot of windows, so at least we can see what the weather is doing while we work. We don't use a lot of business jargon. We just talk like normal people. If there's a delay, we say so. If something is going well, we’re happy. It’s a simple, honest way of doing things. We’ve been at this for a while and we just want to keep doing good work without any unnecessary drama. Sometimes we get a bit stressed, but we always figure it out.
