We’re located in the Sidco Industrial Estate in Ambattur. It’s a huge area, but we are at No.48-B in the NP section. Chennai gets incredibly humid, especially in an industrial park like this, so we spend a lot of time just trying to stay cool while we work. We provide technical services. It sounds broader than it is. Mostly, we help other factories with their technical setups and keep their systems running. We aren't a huge team. It’s just a handful of us who know our way around technical equipment. We’ve been here in Tamil Nadu for a long time. The estate is always buzzing with activity, which is good for business. Our shop is pretty functional. We have some testing equipment and a lot of spare parts. We don't have a fancy lobby with a water cooler. If you come by, you’ll likely find us huddled over a piece of equipment trying to figure out why it’s not working right. It’s like solving a puzzle every day. We don't go in for big sales pitches. We just tell people what’s wrong and how we can fix it. It's straightforward. We’ve made some good friends in the other units around us. We help each other out when someone is missing a tool or needs a hand with something heavy. It's a good community to be part of.
