Meraas Constructions Private Limited

Our office is located in Kodambakkam, over at Corporation Colony. We’re at New No. 33, which used to be Old No. 15. It’s a busy little area, and we’ve been part of it for a good bit now. We do construction work, mostly around Chennai. It’s a lot of brick and mortar stuff. We spend most of our mornings getting the crews ready and making sure everyone knows what they’re doing for the day. Construction isn't always pretty. It's dusty, it's hot, and there are always surprises when you start digging. We just deal with it. Our office is where we handle the billing and the site drawings. It’s a simple place, nothing fancy. We like being in Kodambakkam because it’s central and we can get to our different sites pretty easily. We have a small group of people who’ve been with us for years. We know each other's ways. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We build things. Sometimes it’s a renovation and sometimes it’s something from the ground up. We try to keep things straightforward with our clients. If there’s a delay, we tell them. If a price goes up, we explain why. It’s just about being decent and getting the work finished so we can move on to the next one. That’s how we’ve always run things here in the colony. No point in making it sound more complicated than it actually is at the end of the day.
