We are located in Adampakkam on Second Street. Our office is at Door No. 3, Plot No. 16, right in Indra Gandhi Nagar. It’s a busy little pocket of the city. We do engineering and construction services. This usually means a lot of time spent on-site wearing boots and helmets. Construction is a tough business. Things don't always go exactly according to the plan, but we try to fix things as they come up. We have a small office where we handle the billing and the drawings, but mostly we are out working. We’ve seen Adampakkam change quite a bit since we started. There are more buildings now and the roads are more crowded. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of sales people. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our work nearby. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the job, give a price, and get started. It can be noisy and messy, but that’s construction for you. Our team is just a few local guys who know how to build. We keep things pretty simple. No corporate jargon or long meetings.
