Menon & Pai Chartered Accountants

We operate out of Ashirwad Apartment, right on Puliyur 1st Lane in Trustpuram. It’s a residential-feeling area here in Kodambakkam, which makes the office feel a bit more comfortable than a cold office building. Menon & Pai is basically just a few of us who have spent our careers looking at figures and tax laws. Our desks are usually covered in folders and loose notes because there is always something to be filed or checked. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big presentations. It’s more about sitting down and getting through the pile of work on the desk. The apartment setting means we sometimes hear the neighbors or the street vendors going by, but we don't mind. It’s just part of being in Chennai. We’ve been working together for a while, so we know each other's habits pretty well. One of us is always making tea, and another is always complaining about the printer. It’s a normal office with normal people. We handle everything from basic bookkeeping to more complex audits. People come to us because they know we will just give it to them straight without any complicated talk. It’s a busy life, especially when the end of the financial year gets close, but we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
