Our base is at No. 258, specifically Plots 41 and 42 in Palaniappa Nagar, Vanagaram. Since we do engineering and construction, the office usually has a bit of a rugged feel to it. There might be some samples of bricks or tiles laying around, and there’s always a few hard hats near the door. Vanagaram is a growing place, and we’ve been part of that growth for a bit now. We don't spend all our time in the office; a lot of it is spent on-site, making sure the foundations are right or checking on the progress of a wall. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We aren't the type of company that wears suits every day. Most of us are in boots and sturdy clothes because that’s what the work requires. The office is where we do the planning and the boring stuff like payroll and permits. It can get a bit messy with all the drawings and site photos, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big marketing department. People see our signs at construction sites and give us a call. We just try to build things that stay up and do what they’re supposed to do. It’s honest work that leaves you tired at the end of the day. We’ve got a good rhythm going here in Palaniappa Nagar, and we just keep moving from one project to the next as they come.
