Mecon Ltd. is located at 16/4A, Aringar Anna Street. This is in the Ayanavaram area of Chennai, pin code 600023. It’s a busy street with plenty of life. We like being in Chennai because there’s always something going on. Our office is a modest one. We don’t have big signs or anything that draws too much attention. We just go about our business quietly. Most of us have been working here for quite some time, so we’ve become like a little family. We have our routines and our ways of doing things. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh during our breaks, which helps when the work piles up. We handle a lot of different things, mostly technical stuff and paperwork. It’s not always exciting, but it’s important work. We don't use corporate jargon or try to sound like we’re in a movie. We’re just regular people earning a living. The humidity in Chennai can be a bit much sometimes, but we’ve got our fans and we manage. We know the local shops around Ayanavaram if we need a quick snack or some supplies. It’s a good neighborhood to be in. We’re happy with where we are and what we do. No need for anything more complicated than that. We try to keep the office cool, but sometimes the afternoon sun hits the windows and we just have to deal with it. It’s just how things are in this part of town.
