MAYAN FACADE PRIVATE LIMITED is the name on our signboard. Koyambedu is always moving, with the market and the bus terminus nearby, so there’s never a dull moment. We focus on facade work, which means we spend a lot of time looking at the outside of buildings. Our office in the complex is where the planning happens. It’s usually cluttered with samples of materials and sketches of different designs. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that; you just walk in and we're there working. MAYAN FACADE is a small team, so we all know each other well. We get to work early to avoid the worst of the traffic on E Road. It’s a practical space for us. We handle everything from the initial measurements to the final checks. The heat in Chennai can be tough when you’re out on a job, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a corporate giant, just a local business trying to make sure the buildings we work on look okay and stay sturdy.
