Mass Lift

Our shop is over in Saligramam on Sathyamoorthy Street. The address can be a bit confusing because it has a new number 1 and an old number 19A. If you get lost, just look for the Sankara Narayana Temple since we are quite near that. We are in the Devaraj Nagar section of the street. Mass Lift is mostly about parts and pieces for elevators and lifting gear. We have a lot of heavy components sitting on pallets and the smell of grease is pretty much everywhere. It is a local business and most of the guys here have lived in this part of town for a long time. We don't really do the polished corporate thing. We just focus on the motors and the cables. Sometimes the street gets flooded when it rains heavily, so we have to move everything up a bit higher to keep it dry. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around. We have a small office area but most of the action happens out where the tools are. People stop by to ask questions about lift maintenance or to pick up a specific part they need. We just try to keep things simple and get the work out the door. The temple bells are a nice sound to hear during the day while we are busy with the heavy lifting equipment. It makes the workday feel a bit more peaceful.
