Krans Cranes Pvt. Ltd. is based at Old No.-22, New No.-49, on 1st Avenue in Indira Nagar, Adyar. The street has changed over the years, and the new numbering still throws people off sometimes when they are trying to find us for the first time. Our office is in a relatively quiet part of Adyar compared to the main traffic zones. We have some trees outside that provide a bit of shade during the hottest parts of the day. Inside, it is a standard office setup where we manage our crane operations. We deal with heavy machinery, but the work here is mostly about schedules, permits, and talking to clients on the phone. We have a few old filing cabinets that have been with us since we started. The atmosphere is relaxed but we are always busy with something. 1st Avenue is a nice place to walk during lunch, and there are a few good tea stalls nearby. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a small team that knows the crane business well. Sometimes the phones ring all at once and it gets a bit hectic. Other times, it is just the sound of typing and the air conditioner. We have been in this part of Indira Nagar for a long time now. We like the location and the way the neighborhood feels. It is a solid place to run a business from every day.
