If you find yourself over in Nandanam, specifically around West Cit Nagar, you might have seen our place on 1 West Road. It’s a decent enough spot for what we do here at Manitowoc Cranes. We aren't really about the glitz and glamour of big business. We mostly just focus on the cranes and making sure everything is moving like it should. Dealing with heavy machinery like this means there is always something to look at or fix up. The crew here is pretty down to earth. We’ve spent many hours out on the lot or in the small office area handling the paperwork that comes with this kind of work. It can get a bit hectic when multiple things are happening at once, but we manage somehow. Living and working around the West Road area means we see a lot of the local traffic and familiar faces. It’s a solid neighborhood for a business like ours. We don't spend much time writing fancy brochures or anything like that. We’d rather be out there looking at the equipment. It is practical work for practical people. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some cleaning done around the shop. It’s just how it is. We are here every day, doing what we do best without much fuss or noise about it. We are just a group of regular folks who know their way around a crane and like to keep things simple.
