MARUVUR INFRA MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED

We set up MARUVUR INFRA MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED over in Kolathoor. Specifically, we are at No. 40 in the Sarathy Nagar Extension, near Puthagaram. It’s in the Tiruvallur district side of things. It’s a bit further out than the main Chennai city center, which we actually prefer. It gives us a bit more space and it’s a bit quieter for doing our management work. We focus on infrastructure management, which basically means we keep track of projects and make sure things are running okay. It’s not glamorous work. There’s a lot of checking lists and making sure the site workers have what they need. Our office is a simple setup. We don't have marble floors or expensive art. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We’ve been in this part of Tamil Nadu for some time now. The local community in Sarathy Nagar is good. We see the same faces every morning. We’re not looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we manage. Sometimes we have to travel quite a bit to get to the different sites, but coming back to Kolathoor is always nice. It’s a practical way to run a business. No fluff, just managing the infrastructure work as it comes in and keeping things moving.
