Marudham Projects Private Limited

Marudham Projects is based in Anna Nagar, specifically in Bharathi Colony. We are on the ground floor at 126/1. Anna Nagar is a busy place, and being on the ground floor means we see a lot of people passing by our windows every day. We’ve been doing project work around Chennai for a while now. The office is usually humming with the sound of the AC and the chatter of the staff trying to get things done. We don't have any of those modern open-plan layouts with fancy lights and glass walls. It’s just a normal office with desks and plenty of paper. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, especially when multiple projects are happening at once, but we manage to stay on top of it. Working in Chennai means dealing with the heat and the traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We focus on getting the projects finished and making sure everyone is on the same page. It’s not always easy, especially when there are delays with permits or materials from the vendors. We just take it as it comes and try to fix things. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job and keep our staff busy. It’s a practical way to run things, and it has worked for us so far. Being in Bharathi Colony feels like being in the heart of things.
