We are over in Anna Nagar at Y-81 on the 5th Main Road. People around here still sometimes call it Old No. 11, so it can be a bit confusing for delivery drivers. We’ve been in this part of Chennai for quite some time now. Dealing with property and development keeps us pretty busy. It’s a lot of meetings, checking on sites, and making sure the paperwork is in order. Anna Nagar is a busy area, and we like being right in the middle of it. Our office is a simple setup. We don't go in for anything too flashy. We mostly focus on residential stuff and small developments around the city. It’s a practical business. Some days are just spent on the phone or looking over maps and plans. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The roads get busier and new shops pop up every week. We just keep doing what we do. It’s not always glamorous work. There's plenty of time spent waiting for permits or dealing with the heat while checking on a build. We have a small crew that handles the day-to-day. We know the local market here and we understand what people are looking for when they want a place in Chennai. It’s just us working hard to get projects done. We stay grounded and try to treat every project with the same level of attention, whether it's big or small. This has worked for us so far.
