We are tucked away in Flat 805 of the Prince Park Apartments. It’s on EVK Sampath Road over in Vepery. Living and working in an apartment building like this is a bit different than having a regular storefront on the street. It’s much quieter, which actually helps when we are looking over property documents or trying to read through contracts. Manosan Properties is a small LLP. We focus on the real estate side of things in and around the Chennai area. Vepery is an old part of the city with a lot of interesting history. You can see the old brick buildings mixed with the new apartments right from our windows. The address is 36/76. People usually have to call our mobile to get through the security gate. It’s not a place where people just wander in off the street. We like it that way. It gives us more time to focus on the work. The office is basically just one big room with some metal files and a couple of laptops. We handle property matters for people who don't want to deal with the headache themselves. It involves a lot of phone calls and trips to the registrar’s office. The traffic on EVK Sampath Road can be a real nightmare in the evenings. We try to schedule our meetings to avoid the rush hour. It’s just a few of us here. We aren't some big firm with hundreds of agents. We keep it small and manageable.
