Our place is located at TS - 65 in the Industrial Estate over in Ekkattuthangal. It’s a busy area, full of workshops and small factories, so there’s always noise and movement around us. Manonmani Developers Private Limited isn't the kind of company that sits in a glass building in the city center. We like being right here where the actual industry happens. We do a lot of development work, which means we're often dealing with permits, land, and construction crews. It’s not always easy, and there’s a lot of running around involved. The heat in the industrial estate can be pretty intense in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and stay focused on the tasks at hand. We don't have a big team of executives; we just have a few people who know the trade and how to get things done in Chennai. We’ve been at this address for some time now, and we’ve seen the area change as more businesses move in. Our office is practical and a bit cluttered with blueprints and samples, but it works for us. We don't try to sound like a big corporation because we aren't one. We’re just people who work hard and understand the local market. If a project has a problem, we go out and fix it ourselves rather than sending a long email about it. It’s just how we do things. Sometimes the traffic getting in here is a nightmare, but you get used to it after a while.
