Malola Developments Private Limited is based at 15 Medavakkam Road in Sholinganallur. If you know Chennai, you know how much Sholinganallur has changed with all the big companies coming in, but our office stays pretty much the same. We are located right on Medavakkam Road, which is a busy route most of the time. Our space is quite simple. We have the usual office stuff, some chairs for people to sit, and stacks of files related to our various development works. We aren't interested in looking like a high-tech startup. We are just regular people doing our jobs in the development sector. The heat on Medavakkam Road can be intense, so we’re grateful for the fans in the office. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between the office and different project sites nearby. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things get a little chaotic, but we manage to get through it. We don't have a PR team or anything. When you talk to us, you’re getting the real story without any fluff. We like the fact that we are in a part of the city that is growing so fast. It keeps us busy and there’s always something new to look at. We’ve been here long enough to see the roads widen and new buildings go up every year. It’s just a normal day at the office for us, doing the work we know how to do.
