Pandyan Builders

You can find Pandyan Builders over at 2-b in the Apex Plaza. It is a central spot, so there is always people coming and going in the building. Our office is a busy little place with architectural drawings rolled up in the corners and samples of tiles sitting on the shelves. We spend a lot of time talking about construction schedules and looking at site photos on our monitors. It is not the most organized office in the world, but we know where everything is. The chairs are a bit worn out from years of use, and the lighting is a little dim in the back room. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background. It helps pass the time when we are doing repetitive tasks. We are not really into big marketing schemes or anything like that. We just show up at Apex Plaza every morning and do our jobs. Sometimes we have meetings that go longer than expected, and we end up drinking cold tea. It is just the reality of the building business. We have a small crew and we have been working together for a long time. The office is our base of operations where we plan out the next steps for whatever project is currently on the go. It is practical, functional, and a bit lived-in. We do not try to pretend to be a giant corporation. We are just local builders doing the work day by day.
