Maha Karpagam Agro Private Limited

We’re located over at No 3/146 in Pallathukkotai Village, which is part of the Goundanur area near Pochampalli. Being out here in the village means we’re right in the middle of the fields, which is exactly where we need to be for our agro business. Maha Karpagam Agro Private Limited started because we saw a lot of potential in the local land. It’s mostly just family and a few neighbors working here. We spend a lot of time out in the sun, making sure the crops are doing okay. The roads around here get a bit muddy when it rains, so getting trucks in and out can be a real headache sometimes. But we’ve lived here forever, so we know the shortcuts. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space for storage and basic operations. We handle a lot of the sorting and packing ourselves. It’s a lot of manual labor, and your back definitely feels it by the end of the week. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we absolutely have to for the government filings. Most of our day is spent talking to other farmers or checking the inventory. We’ve had some tough years with the rain being so unpredictable, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We keep plugging away, hoping for a good turnout. It’s a quiet life in Pallathukkotai, and we like it that way.
