You can find us at number 98/99 on Habibullah Road in T.Nagar. That's where we run Madipakkam Jains Projects Private Limited. T.Nagar is always buzzing with people and traffic, so there is a lot of energy around us. Our office is a place where we get the real work done, away from the noise of the shopping streets. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We’re just a team of people who know a lot about project management and building things. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in with questions. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or a fancy reception area. We just have desks, chairs, and a lot of project files. Some days are long, and we end up staying late to finish up paperwork, but that’s just how it goes. We don't use a lot of marketing talk to get attention. We’d rather just show people what we’ve done and let that speak for itself. It’s an honest way of working. Being on Habibullah Road means we’re right in the heart of things, which can be a bit much sometimes, but we like the convenience. We’re just regular folks working on projects, trying to make sure everything is built right and on time without any unnecessary complications. We just take it one day at a time and keep our heads down.
