We’re located over in D-Block of Lotus Colony, right on the first street in Nandanam. It’s a pretty busy part of Chennai, but our little corner is usually quiet enough to get some work done. Being in the Chennai City Corporation area means there’s always something happening outside. We handle housing stuff here at Lorven Housing Llp. Honestly, most of our day is spent looking at maps or talking to people about where they want to live. It’s not a fancy office, just No. D5, but it works for us. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a while now and know the local streets like the back of our hands. Nandanam has changed a lot since we first started, with more shops and cars everywhere. Sometimes the tea shop downstairs is the only thing keeping us going during the long afternoons. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us making sure everything with the housing projects stays on track. People stop by to ask about plots or just to say hello if they live nearby.
